Introduction
Prof. Harm Kuper is the Dean at the Department of Educational Science and Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin. He is now the member of Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Erziehungswissenschaft (DGFE), Arbeitsgruppe Empirisch Paedagogische Forschung (AEPF), DEFG Sektion fuer Erwachsenenbildung, and American Educational Research Association (AERA). His academic interests focus on two research domains: (1) the reform towards an evidence based school governance and (2) the monitoring of educational participation of adults.
